HWPI Bridge Set Over Mill Creek

Here’s a time-lapse video of an HWPI bridge set over Mill Creek on the new Border-to-Border Trail segment under construction between Dexter and Chelsea. The seventy-foot-long iron bridge span was craned into place on May 30 – 31, 2019.

This trail segment, while beautiful, is not yet complete! The pouring of the concrete curb and the paving of this segment (and the bridge) will begin in early June. We will announce when it is open and safe for use. Thank you for your patience and support.
