The Waterloo Trail – Mountain Biking and Hiking

Plans for The Waterloo Trail, twenty plus miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, have just been approved by the Michigan DNR. This new five-loop trail system will be located in the Waterloo State Recreation Area, just to the north of Chelsea, Michigan.

The Huron Waterloo Pathways Initiative includes plans for paved trails that will complete a loop between the Pinckney and Waterloo State Recreational Areas, including access to The Waterloo Trail.
